• CBC with Differential/Platelets (005009): This screening test checks disorders such as anemia, infection, and many other diseases. 
• Complete Metabolic Panel (302085): This test measures 14 different substances in your blood and measures you kidney and liver function. 
• Cholesterol (Lipid) Panel) ( 221010): This test measures for the amount of cholesterol and fats in your blood. 
• Estradiol (004515): This hormone is produced by your ovaries. Too much or too little can lead to problems, such as weak bones, urinary tract infections, and even depression. 
• Testosterone (Free & Total) (140103): Even though this test is associated with men, women also produce testosterone. An imbalance of this hormone can lead to weight gain or sexual dysfunction. 
• Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) (000620): This test panel allows us to see how well your thyroid is working. 
• Hemoglobin A1C (001453): This test measures your blood sugar levels over the past three months.
